I was up last weekend, and following a tweeters lead found the/a
brown-phase GYRFALCON along Allen West Rd., on the south side on a tel.
pole of a tel. line that goes out into a flooded field. This was about
maybe a mile west of the Corner Tavern. It was pretty obvious.

Good luck. It was a magnificent bird.
