Interestingly, this "Vowels to Bosnia" thing showed up in the Oregonian's
"The Edge" mini-feature the very morning you posted it to tweeters!

Attributed to "found on the 'net". It's an interesting thing: if the
person had submitted it to the Oregonian, would they've run it as
a humor piece? If so, they'd have to pay their normal word rate.

This way, they snagged it off the web for free...with no apparent
qualms about the fact that copyright is implicit regardless of
any notice to that effect, and that though free re-distribution
through cyberspace may well be considered "fair use", re-use in
a commercial setting is bound not to be.
