I sent the cormorant question to tweeters the first day that I was connected.
It is fun and interesting to read all the responses. I am learning more
about birds everyday. Thanks. Another little question. Yesterday I was
birding with fellow tweeter, MaryAnne T and we saw a bald eagle that looked
like it had a transmitter on its back. (Either that or it had been shot by
an arrow,MA's guess). We were in an area of Penn Cove and the eagle was
flying with two other bald eagles. Could this have been the just released
eagle or are there many "radio acitve" birds out there? Just curious.
