Haul last week's N. Idaho / E. Washington RBA out of Tweeters archives or
call the hotline at 208-882-6195 before about 7 pm. It has some
information on those species from last week. As o (I'll be putting the
new rba on between 7 and 8). As of 1:30 p today (1/12), there aren't any
updates on the species you're interested in that were seen last week. I
suspect the Horned Lark flocks are still out there around Wilbur and the
Snow Buntings and Lapland Longspurs are with them...

On the east side you could easily find areas of fog and the warm days and
below freezing temps at night are producing some black ice...
