Today, my wife and I visited the Mima Mounds Natural Area near Littlerock,
Thurston County, just south of Olympia. At the town of Littlerock an
OSPREY flew over the road. They are pretty unusual in winter.

In the Mima Mounds Prairie;

1 Northern Shrike
30 Flickers
100 Dark-eyed Juncos
5 Western Meadowlarks
