Perhaps they've overlooked the fact that this is the last of it. How can
you have a steady supply of something that has nearly ceased to exist!

You know, having written an article on the Nature Conservancy for a magazine
recently, I learned just how much work it takes to recreate environments
that have been destroyed by many of the "greedy/money grubbing" (my opinion)
individuals who seem to hold the power in this country.

The sad part is, there will be no recreating the old growth stands of
forest. And there will be no recreating the species that are brought to
extinction by the destruction of these environments.
