Hiya,
My only previous trip to Malheur was mid-October. I've heard that the two best times of year are March and May. I'm considering a trip in early April
for two reasons:1) a friend will be visiting, and 2) I'll be on spring break. Would there be much to see at that time? You can respond directly to me if you wish.
