Tweeters

My sister-in-law sent me an article that reports Saw-Whet Owls
migrating into Virginia and North Carolina in increased numbers. They
(Virginia Society of Ornithology members) were netting and banding in
an area where none had ever been reported. Reports were posted on the
Internet. Does anyone know of a Tweeters type group in Virginia, or
North Carolina (Stuart?)?
