Hi Tweets,

A friend of mine has found a small, dead hawk/falcon with a yellow
plastic band (#189). The bird was found south of Monroe, by a non-birder,
and was in "bad condition." I have not seen the bird but it is reported to be 10
to 11 inches in length (without tail), the tail is missing, whitish breast with
brown streaks, gray legs, definitely a juvenile bird. Does anyone have an idea
of to whom to report the band information?
