I never interpreted Michael as wanting to BRING falcons to the festival.
It's absurd, illegal, out of character, etc.

I don't know how this whole misunderstanding got so huge. Obviously
Michael doesn't check his e-mail every hour. How about we just let it
die?! If MC actually does want to fly trained falcons at the sandpipers
(hah!), I'm sure he will say so when he checks his mailbox.
