Subject: RFI Olympia area July 12 weekend

It looks like I may be flying to the Olympia area next weekend. I will
not have a lot of time (visiting my parents on the occasion of their 60th
anniversary), but may have a little time to bird on Sunday. I would be
particularly interested in current information about the following:
yellow-billed loon (reported 6/22 by Steven Molodinow)
black-backed woodpeckers

What is the status of the Ringed Teal reported by Joe Miles on 6/10?
Assuming it is possible to find it, does anyone know if it is free-flying
or an escapee?

Incidently, I was delighted to find the various Washington WWW sites on
the web and have already printed out the maps of the Montlake Fill and
Spencer Island. Thank you all very much for providing such excellent
information!
