I just returned home from biking trip & learned that, at about 5:30
today, my husband will be getting his boat ready for a Saturday
morning fishing trip. Sadly, a couple of Bewick's wrens have
chosen the folded canvas top as their nest site and are in the process of
raising their young. My son tried making a cardboard shelter that
approximates the shape/size of the canvas, but neither he nor I have the
heart to remove the nest. (Canvas stays on the boat). The male & female
wrens are frantic, needless to say. Please, is there a Tweeter online
with nest-moving tips? Will parents abandon next even with young present?
Help!
