This is Kas Dumroese with the northern Idaho / eastern Washington /
northeastern Oregon bird hotline.

The NORTHERN MOCKINGBIRD persisting near Richland, Washington,
apparently has company, according to Tony Greagor. He reports 2
mockers along Buckskin Loop 0.4 mile in from Van Giesen Road. Van
Giesen crosses the Bypass Highway and continues toward West Richland.
Buckskin is the first street on the right just west of the bypass. Look
for the bird across from the abandoned cars. It likes the third utility
pole. Washington DeLorme p. 39, B6.

It's time to start thinking about shorebirds...
Dennis and Phil Bartley report 19 AMERICAN AVOCETS on June 22 at
the Walla Walla River Delta, about 30 miles west of Walla Walla at the
Columbia River.

Good birding!
