Jim,
Try the WSU County Extension Service. Sorry I don't know the number but
they are located behind McCollum Park in south Everett. Take 128th St
exit off of I-5 and head east about half a mile. Turn right at the park
and go past the pool. They should be able to identify the bugs if you
take some samples in.
