Heya Tweets!

For us Palousers out there, shorebird season has begun! :)
At Mann Lake, Lewiston ID today, we spotted the normal huge flocks of
geese and ducks. In addition, the close shore (near the dock) was
*littered* with shorebirds. I estimate twenty Kildeer, forty-fifty peeps
(which I hesitate to ID), four birds which seemed a lot like Wilson's
Phalaropes, but again I'll defer to those with more experience, and three
extremely beautiful American Avocets.

If you get a chance to go out to Mann Lake, be sure to email me and tell
me what you saw!
