Again, I didn't say that, merely that a very large percentage of
our "cougs" have been there. I think they're increasing more
rapidly elsewhere, than there, but that the statement is still
ture.

When I grew up in the PDX area, coyotes were filthy common - I heard
them sing all the time, growing up in Lake Oswego.

One could easily call this a "recovery" of coyotes, as an "increase".

Depends on one's age, and term of domicile, I guess...
