There's a pair of Cedars hanging out at the marina on Fern Ridge Res.
(Richardson's Park). They show up around dusk and "flycatch" over the
water, landing on the sailboat rigging inbetween dashes for bugs.

They're actually quite (surprisingly) tame and will land within a few feet
of you. Beautiful birds.
