This is Kas Dumroese with the northern Idaho / eastern Washington /
northeastern Oregon bird hotline.

Two NORTHERN MOCKINGBIRDS are persisting near Richland,
Washington, but the last reported sightings are from July 10. Look for
them along Buckskin Loop 0.4 mile in from Van Giesen Road. Van Giesen
crosses the Bypass Highway and continues toward West Richland.
Buckskin is the first street on the right just west of the bypass. Look
for the birds across from the abandoned cars. It likes the third utility

At the Walla Walla River Delta today, July 19, Mike Denny reports 2
SANDERLINGS, 4 RED-NECKED PHALAROPE, 11 LEAST SANDPIPERS,
WESTERN SANDPIPERS, 2 SEMIPALMATED PLOVERS, 2 LONG-BILLED
DOWITCHERS, and 7 BONAPARTE'S GULLS in various plumage. The
delta is about 30 miles west of Walla Walla, Washington, just north of the
intersection of US 730 and US 12. Washington DeLorme p.40, D1.

Mike reports the delta will be great for birding the next three weeks due
to a drawdown of the water and lots of birds are moving through.
