Winthrop is a tourist town with *lots* of hotels. Be sure to
make reservations, though, since summer has lots of tourists.
I don't have any phone numbers, but a call to the Winthrop
Chamber of Commerce should get you plenty of numbers. In
keeping with the tourist tradition, prices are not cheap.
Rooms range from ~$55 to $80/night. The town is small and
your parents, even if they're around 80 years old, should have
no trouble strolling around town. Usually, the days are warm
and dry and the nights are cool and dry that time of year.

The scenery is great but if they, or you, have a weak heart
you might want to skip the drive up to Hart's Pass.
