Subject: Roger Tory Peterson dies

I just heard on the New York all news radio station, WCBS, that
Roger Tory Peterson has died in Old Lyme, CT. This report came
across about 4:05 pm this afternoon (7/29/96). Not clear was
exactly when he died, I assume he died happened today. Also not
clear was how, I thought I understood it was due to a stroke.
