Hi everyone in tweeterland,

I wonder if any of you know of any cormorant roosts occupied at this time.
I have two students who are going to try to learn whatever they can about
possible reasons for the presence of wing-spreading in Double-crested
Cormorants and its absence in the other two regional species. Some of you
will remember our lengthy discussion about this.

The students are going to watch cormorants at roosts, among other things,
and I realized I don't really know where there are many roosts at this time
of year. Anywhere in Washington is fair game, but the roost should be near
enough a vantage point so someone could watch the birds at a reasonable
range. Even better if more than one species is using the area.

Thanks in advance.
