Tweeters,

Indian Camp's location is: DeLorme Atlas pg. 83, R22E, T24N S32 SW.
>From East Wenatchee: take Grant Road east from the main intersection in
town for about 6 blocks to Eastmont Avenue (stop light), turn north (left)
on Eastmont and follow it out of town and up the hill. It becomes Badger Mtn.
Road; follow it for about 10-12 miles and turn right on the gravel road marked
Indian Camp Road on the DeLorme Atlas (marked only by a yellow intersection sign
pointing right). Good shrub-steppe is on both sides of the road, you will soon
come (about 1 mile) to some good riparian (the main branch of Rock Island Creek)
with good birding but limited access. Travel another mile or so eastward and
you will be at Indian Camp. Walking access is good both up and down the stream.
Drive a couple 100 meters north and park at the "Road Closed" Sign. The Least
Flycatcher nests just upstream from the sign. You can leave the area via the
road to the east and come out at Alstown and Waterville.

Good Birding,
Dan
