Tweeters, (espacially those in Everett)

While on the subject of Everett's terns I'm wondering if any of you
know about the boat to Jetty Island. Does it still run, and if so
where does one catch it? At the public boat launch? I was there
about two weeks ago and didn't see a boat or any signs leading to one.
Also, if there is a boat does it cost anything and does it run on
weekends only, or does it run weekdays as well? It's frustrating to
watch the terns West of Jetty Island foraging and cavorting but not
coming close enough to give me a good look.

As my tern ID skills are still pretty basic I'm wondering if I'd
be safe in assuming that most migrant Common Terns are gone to the
North by now and any smaller terns I see can be called Arctic
(assuming any field marks jibe with the books).

Thanks in advance,
