There's a young crow hanging out around my house, and the other day I
noticed it sitting on my house's telephone wire. There were 4 adult
crows sitting further down the line. One by one, each adult stuffed
something down the young crow's (demanding!) throat. (The last adult
shoved so hard that the young crow fell off the line!)

Do crows stay in family groups? Or was this simply a case of "open
mouth, must feed it!" regardless of relation or social organization?

I just wish I didn't have to leave my house to go to work some days - I'd
love to stay home and follow these crows around the neighborhood!
