Eurasian skylark should be found at American Camp on San Juan island, with
courtship flights from May to July. I have seen Blue grouse just below the
Lodge on Hurricane Ridge, in the meadow there. The sea birds might be seen
from the Dungeness Spit Refuge, but your best bet would be to take a boat
trip from Port Townsend around Preservation Island.
