color marked bird to that address. Also, see the curent issue of
WOSNews, page 12, therer is a short note on reporting banded birds
there as well. The e-mail address in WOSNews is a little different;

The Bird Banding Laboratory can now be reached through e-mail as well
as snail mail, phone, and FAX. Banders can conduct most of their
business with the lab by e-mail, and others may report bands and
observations of marked birds (collars, color bands, etc.) through this
address. Please use the subject line to indicate the subject of your
message (ie, goose collar sighting, marked swan, band recovery, etc),
and for recoveries include your home name and address, date and exact
location of recovery, species, and band number or color marker(s).
