This is the kind of crap that really pisses me off. These conservative
Republicans are the same folks who whine about "overregulation", and
demand that landowners be compensated when laws require them to do
things like protect habitat, via so-called "takings" legislation (it
ain't the state doin't the taking, though, it's the taxpayer being
taken to the cleaners!).

Then, when folks propose rewarding those who voluntarily give such
protection without being beaten by a stick - these same shithead
conservatives vote it down.

At least this exposes their motives as being nothing more than to
discourage conservation efforts by whatever means possible.
