Going to Arizona at this time of year can be glorious. Thats the good news
and the bad news. Be prepared to run into some crowds and perhaps to have
difficulty finding places to stay. The closer you get to the Spring-break the
busier it gets. Some schools take the week previous to Easter off (April 7)
and some schools take the week after. When I used to lead trips to the
california deserts I would make reservations in January. Once when I forgot
and I tried to make them in February they were already full. Plan ahead.
But the wildlife is wonderful.
