Hooray for you people ...we're delighted at the quick response, and will be
in touch with you and David Pearce to refine arr'g'ts for cross-straits
observation of the migrating raptors. We have several possible means of
communication ... 2-Meter amateur radio is good between Vancouver Island and
Olympic Peninsula, and several of us are members of a Victoria-based club
that has linked repeaters on both sides ... cell phone is also a
possibility, tho pricey, I gather.
