Hi Tweets,

and I already thought that growing bird knowledge comes with a sort of
immunization against normal sleep requirements - it just didn't work for
myself. I am amazed again and again how my body reclaims its sleep, how
I can switch off the alarm without recalling anything afterwards, or how
I can bend reality early in the morning to find a very natural
explanation for doorbells ringing...
My alarm sits on important mornings now safely out of reach at the door,
and all the lights have to go on right afterwards, and don't sit down on
the bed itself - too easy to slip into horizontal position.
The effects of missed early morning meetings on your ego (especially when
you planned them) would deserve some research...
