If you are on the West side of the Cascades, I'll bet they're Flowering Plum,
"Prunus" many species. I have one in my back yard but I live on the East
side and it won't bloom for another 2-3 weeks at least! Lucky you! When we
went to Seattle last spring, we saw them in bloom all along I-90 from
Bellevue through Mercer Island.

I can confirm Maia Kelly's identification. I have at least half a dozen
young flowering plums in flower now. Mine are all offspring of a single
tree that volunteered on my (or the city's ?) property about 15-20 years
ago. Puget Power considered it a menace and removed it, but not before
it had reproduced itself abundantly. In my trees the flowers are more
white than pink, and the plums are quite edible.
