Not so much the offshore cold low but moreso the northeast low level winds
currently gripping the interior. No wonder Don has all those ducks out at
Tofino. There should be a tremendous buildup of all migratory species along
the 49-50th the next while until the low level wind flow reverses later this
coming week.
