My husband and I will be visiting your beautiful Seattle-Vancouver area for
the first time the week of June 28-July 7. We are relative birder fledglings
(only a few years) and would greatly appreciate help in determining where to
go for maximum birding experiences. Our last few trips revolved around
birding (went to Gaspe Peninsula to see the Gannet colony, for example) and
hope to do the same here. We are also hikers.

We plan to "wing it" (pardon the pun) on the road, stopping where and when
we feel the need, so we are quite flexible. We know very little about the
area except what we read and check on maps regarding locations and
distances, so all the help we can get is appreciated.
