John Flavin is once again taking on almost single-handily the Caspian/Arctic
Tern relocation project on Everett's Jetty Island. He needs help with brush
clearing and other projects. He also needs a boat to get out to the island
(3-400 yards) from the Everett waterfront on the weekends. If you have free
time during the week or a boat and time on the weekends, please give John a
call in Lynnwood at 744-0805. He's home evenings.

Meanwhile, the Caspians have returned in the several hundreds and John's seen
two Arctics briefly earlier in April.
