Washington has had lots of earthquakes but this is the strongest in
perhaps, 15 years. It apparently was on the South Whidbey Island fault zone
at a depth of about 5-10 km. No first motions yet but Sam Johnson, USGS,
Denver mapped this as a right-lateral strike-slip fault (like San Andreas).
