We went to Kamiak the week before the conference and took some photos of a
small bird which travelled in groups. The photos did not turn out
wonderfully (due to some major flitting action). One of the IDs that we
came up for this bird was a kinglet, off the top of my head, I'm nbot
certain which one, although ruby-crowned sounds better.

As I recall, the ruby-crowned kinglets have an interrupted eyering, is
that right? I am in the process of finally moving from Washington into
Idaho, and all my books are forever (hopefully not!) divorced from me. If
someone could tell me what the main features for identifying the kinglets
are, I'd be tickled pink (or ruby).

Thanks a million,
