Yakima birder Denny Granstrand reports a Pectoral Sandpiper at the "Saline
Ponds on Hwy 26 .5 mile west of the Grant/Adams Cty line 4 May. Pectorals
are fairly common east of the Cascades on their fall passage but rare in
spring - almost very rare (which means I've never seen one at this season).
He also reports stilts and avocets there and along Crab Creek.
