Neither killing them or letting them live will make any measurable
difference in the number of starlings in your area. So I wouldn't
put a lot of effort into trying to get them killed. Certainly not
if it is going to get you embroiled in controversy.

Ugh! Make sure they keep asking you these questions! Whatever happens,
if the janitorial staff decides to get rid of the starlings and have
your blessing, make sure they understand that this is not a blanket
endorsement of killing all wild critters that might use the school.
