My apologies to all, but eespecially to those outside the Seattle area.

Seattle Audubon has received $25,000 in communication technology (from
national audubon) Translate that as about 8 workstations and some
communication boxes, printers etc. If there is anyone who has some
background in setting up local systems and is willing to share some
tiem and thoughts, please send me a note. We are putting together a
task force to configure, install, network and train staff on the stuff.

Please send mail directly to me at steveh at u.washngton.edu

Thanks
Steve Hallstrom
President, Seattle Audubon

ps. Before you all start flaming me over this inappropriate message
a) we've had the discussion before
b) As the owner of the list my powers are only matched by Dan
Victor who created the concept
c) It is for increasing Audubon's ability to protect birds, wildlife
and their habitiat

pps. If you must flame, could you setup a separate list?
