I can attest to seeing this bird. Two weeks ago while walking north along
Richmond Beach, my wife and I spotted the strange crow in someone's back
yard above the tracks. I only had my 110 macro lens, so my picture of the
bird would have to be greatly enlarged--however we got good views with our
binoculars.
