Further to my earlier post; the trouble with recieving Tweeters in the
digest mode is that I'm always a day behind -- at least! So, this may have
been posted already: A possible male Hooded Oriole was at a
hummingbird feeder in Coquitlam, B.C (outside of New Westminster) on May
26. Either this is the meandering North Saanich-Bellingham bird, or we are
being invaded.

New subject:

For the second time in 3 weeks, a Black-vented Shearwater has been sighted in
the Strait of Georgia, this time from the Swartz Bay to Tsawwassen ferry,
5:30 PM, May 26. (The earlier sighting was on May 8 from the Horseshoe Bay
to Nanaimo ferry). Both sightings are subject to review. Both were well
seen by experienced birders.

Time to go for a boat ride!
