Hi all,

I've been seeing an unfamiliar (to me) duck on Lake Washington this week. The
top and front of the head are cream colored, the sides and back of the head
are black or dark green. The tail is black and pointed, the rump (underneath)
is cream. The rest of the body is brown.

I can't seem to find this one in my bird book. Does anyone recognise this one
off the top of their head?
