The "Getaways" insert in the PI, published yesterday, covers "solitude and
wilderness" to be found at local parks. I thought it would be helpful if
Tweeterpeople could comment on birding opportunities at those parks based on
their experiences. Such comments as "Crows, crows, crows," "warbler paradise,"
"migrant trap," or "great loons" would be appreciated. I'm sure at least a few
of us saved the article, or still have it in our recycling bin where we could
retrieve it. Here are the parks mentioned:
