On the way up to the WWU campus, in order to check my email, and as I
was just about to get on the bus (no car, any longer), a flock of seven
swans flew low overhead. It looked as if they might be coming from the
north end of Lake Whatcom, heading in a south-westerly direction. This
happened at about 1:30 p.m. today. I almost want to say they were
Tundras, but I really didn't get a good enough look at the fine points.
