The Washinton Snowy Owl locations have been plotted and a preliminary
Web site has been hastily created. It's not yet linked to
Tweeters, or anything else, so you have to access it the old-
fashioned way, with an easily memorized URL address:

I have the Oregon, Idaho, and BC records but don't have digital
maps of those places. If I have the time, I'll eventually track
down some maps and do them.
