12:43PM Nov 21 - Hi, this is Kevin Aanerud. It is about a quarter of 1 on the
21st and I just got back from the Arboretum where I saw a female Black and
White Warbler. You can see this bird right from the trail on Foster Island
and it's about 100 - 150 feet from the tunnel of the 520. Thats on the south
side.

7:58PM Nov 21 - Hi, Tom LaVersa(sp?) at (206) 782-7342. Birded Ridgefield(?)
Wildlife Refuge, had a few things of note, 2 Great Egrets, 2 White-breasted
Nuthatch, 2 Wood Duck and 2 White-throated Sparrows. The White-throated
Sparrows were on the Lower River Road Access out of Vancouver.

8:10AM Nov 22 - Hello this is Scott Atkinson. I just wanted to quickly report
between 3 & 4 PM yesterday the 21st, I was at the Foster Island site where
Kevin Aanerud had a Black and White Warbler and although I swept through the
chickadee, kinglet flocks both in the area as well as north and south to some
distance the only warbler activity I could find was a couple of Townsends
near the footbridge. That's all. Bye Bye.

9:10AM Nov 22 - Hello. This is Dave Beaudette at(206) 365-2083. Today, Nov
22nd, Kevin Aanerud's Black and White Warbler was seen in a flock of
Townsend's Warblers and kinglets on Foster Island at the Arboretum in
Seattle. Look for the bird in the trees south of the 520 tunnel and north of
the footbridge. The bird was seen between 8 and 8:10AM. Bye Bye.

2:18PM Nov 22 - Hello. This is Scott Atkinson. Today the 22nd of November, at
about 12:30 I encountered Kevin Aanerud, Bill Riekhard(sp?) and Greg Toffic
at the previously described site along the Foster Island Trail. They were
right on top of the Black and White Warbler, so the bird can be said to have
been present to at least that time and hopefully we'll have the good fortune
it will stay around much longer. So, goodby.

4:36PM Nov 22 - This is Rose Bauxville(sp?) at (206) 363-9614. This afternoon
the 22nd of November, I observed a Marbled Godwit at Magnuson Park. The time
was approximately 3:15 to 3:45PM. It was at the south end of the park in the
grassy area to the east of or on the lake side of the boat trailer parking
area. It was with several Killdeer. It was feeding in several small puddles
in the grass. I also saw it fly down to the lake edge where it waded around a
little bit and, I think, ate a dead carcass of a salmon. It flew a number of
times in the south end of that area near that parking lot. That's it.
