Brian Bell and I located a juvenile White-tailed Kite in the trees north
of the lumber yard at the Hoquiam sewage ponds on our way out from the
conference on Sunday. Another birder had mentioned seeing it earlier in
the day (since we'd had to relinquish our name-tags, I don't know who it
was who spotted it first).
