Hi Cliff,

The answer to your question is: Quite unusual. That same raven that you
saw at Golden Gardens was noteworthy enough that I have now heard about it
from three independent observers (including you). I don't recall hearing
(or reading on Tweeters) any other reports of ravens in Seattle all last
year.

Apparently from Bellingham or so North, ravens are regular in the cities,
but from Seattle south, you don't generally see them in town, if I
remember what others have posted here.
