And I had to share this! My husband and I were on our way from Orcas Island
to Port Orchard last Friday, and passing thru Tacoma in the late afternoon,
we also saw the Stealth Bomber - the only thing that made the trip positive
since it was raining and the traffic was horrendous. This, however, was not
a lifer - years ago, while birding in the Antelope Valley, in California,
home of Edward's AFB, we saw this same eerie looking plane only at that
time, no one had ever heard of it. Birding always has it's little surprises.
