I think the only hope will be for Paul Prudhomme to come
up with *Blackened Starling* and get on the Today show
to demonstrate it..have it introduced during the half time
festivity on Super Bowl Sunday as the latest rage and
that ought to do it..

Oh, no...before Don leaps on that one, it just occurred to
me that everyone would think it was a good idea to begin
raising them commercially and the situation would get
worse...if that's possible..
